RJ’s Amazing Entertainment LLC has indeed come a long way since its humble beginnings! The kid-friendly company recently received the prestigious title of “2018 Small Business of the Year” for the small category (1-10 employees). Way to go, RJ!
The Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce handed out the highly-prized Small Business award to the winner at the Drake Centre last May 24. Top entrepreneur Rina Jean Bindi received the award onstage with her team and gave a heartfelt acceptance speech to all those in attendance. Here is the video of that wonderful moment.

Being a Fort Collins Chamber Member has skyrocketed our business in this brief period of time since joining. Through the Chamber, we have gotten to know many nonprofits, not for profits, and businesses that share our same ideals. We have enjoyed getting to know these corporations and the opportunity to partner with them.
The heart of RJ’s AMAZING Entertainment lies within our talented entertainers who spend hours of personal time behind the scenes learning their service. Be it twisting balloon animals, face painting, princess, or learning “how to be a superhero”. Each of us wants to bring our absolute best to every event.
I have with me several of our core team members. They deserve to be recognized for all of their dedication and behind-the-scenes work to make every event memorable.
Team RJ members are creative overachievers. They love sharing their new ideas, and designs, and training each other to be their absolute best. We wouldn’t be AMAZING without these guys.
Take a moment and ask yourself:
How do you measure success? Is it the number of compliments you receive? How much money is in your bank account? Or could it be the number of people you’ve impacted in a positive way?
I measure success through the amount of love a child receives. Connecting with them, taking time to learn their names, asking them questions, and engaging with the kiddos ensure that they feel acknowledged and loved. Watching a child bubble up with excitement, running around ROARING after being transformed into a tiger fills my heart with so much joy that it makes doing taxes and additional paperwork worthwhile.
Every parent wants their child to feel loved and be treated kindly by others. In our business, they are the “stars.” We do our absolute best to love them unconditionally and make them feel special. We know we did a good job when the client emails me or writes a review months later; saying how their child is still talking about our visit with her.
We cater to thousands of families every year at a variety of events; scaling from an individual to more than ten thousand. You can find us at employee appreciation events, grand openings, festivals, and of course, birthday parties. In fact. every venue is different with specific goals in mind and we consistently adapt based on what the event needs. Some want speedy services with short wait times in lines. While others want more detailed and intimate memories and give us the opportunity to take our time with each child. Regardless of what type of event, we love being of service to our community and desire to keep growing as a force of good, looking forward to many more years of truly AMAZING entertainment service.
Thank you for honoring my company today as the recipient of the Small Business of the year; and for being recognized by the Chamber and its peers. It really means a lot to us. No words can express my debt of gratitude for today!
Creating and cherishing many more memories is truly exciting. It’s an honor to show the children of Fort Collins that what they dream or visualize in their minds can become a reality. Thank you for this great honor to be welcomed with so much love in this community.
